Another nice treatment - almost looks like a little bit of selective coloring here.

They're both interesting photos, but I prefer this one. Maybe because it 'feels' more industrial than the one in color.
You have a real talent for choosing the right filter(s) for the right shot. (And you're not bad with a camera, either!;) )
This time, instead of a filter, I used the Sepia effect at a partial opacity. It brought out the grittiness of the setting as well as emphasizing the horizontal lines that caught my eyes in the first place.
