Fitness


I'm in PT for my neck. There are all sorts of devices to help us regain fitness, including these balls with their bright primary colors. 365/2011

    Oh, I am all too familiar with PT and those balls. My advice: stay away from the foam roller - it is evil! I hope you feel better

    I've had neck issues in the past and had home traction with a sack of sugar hung over the door. I can sympathize with you!

    Nice colors and geometry! Have they got you on the foam roller? That is our latest addition to the dining room/rehabilitation center.
