Prosperity

Prosperity is having a hearty woodpile stacked up before the winter arrives. The intriguing pattern on the split side of this log caught my eye. I used VintagePhoto to play up that one piece in the stack.

I'm not quite sure what function this faucet has. It's located in the stairwell at my office building. I used PictureShow and PicGrunger to highlight the textures of the faucet and the cement block wall behind it.

Virginia creeper clings to a weathered fence near our library. Details were brought out with Iris PhotoSuite.

The pond at Wells State Park in the early morning light. We only saw the early morning light because it was too wicked cold to sleep!

Tranquility

It's the last day of camping at Wells State Park in Massachusetts. Sunset was at 6:15, and it's pretty darned cold out here. We're going to have a bit of a campfire, but then we're going to retire to the sleeping bags early. I caught this view of the late light on the lake as we were going for our campground walk before the sun set.

Orange

Sierra came with us today to get our Halloween pumpkin from the Pickin' Patch in Avon. I used ColorBlast and TouchUp to play up the orange of the pumpkins scattered across the field as well as the early touch of orange in the trees.

Berlin Train Station

Our daughter came home from college for a weekend visit via train, arriving at this classic station here in town. The photo was taken with the ClassicToy app and not modified afterwards.
