Food

Our daughter, Sierra, came home from college for a quick visit and wanted to be taken out to one of her favorite restaurants, Elizabeth's in Rocky Hill CT.  The cool thing about Elizabeth's is that all but a very few dishes can be made gluten free, so I get to have an exquisite meal there--like this fantastic concoction of swordfish, shrimp and squid in a creamy sauce over (yes, GF) pasta.

  1. Gluten, schmuten. That's just a plate of in-your-face goodness! Is CT close to OR? ;-)

  2. Yum. Although I am not all that fond of seafood, this looks scrumptious.

  5. So glad that GF is getting easier to locate so that you can enjoy a night out too. This looks good. We rarely eat seafood as good is hard to find in our inland area...but I do like to try it.
