An old factory building in our neighborhood is being renovated and turned into classy condos. Several of the auxilliary buildings are being demolished. This one, which was the Sherri-Cup factory (and the one that gave Paper Goods Pond its name) is one of the ones which is going to be torn down. My eye was drawn to this row of windows. Posterize gives it a silk screen look.
What a great old windows, too bad they can't used that building somehow for the condos, this has tons of personality and your processing just shows it off more!
...is to fill 52 themes, one a week for the year. Some weeks, maybe I'll try to find several photos to fit the themes. Others, I may spend more time trying to perfect one that seems best to represent the theme. Three years of a photo-a-day opened my eyes, now I want to hone my skills.
Somehow, a camera allows me to see more deeply and awakens the eye. For me, undertaking these year-long challenges is a way to become more aware of the world that swirls around me.
