The house across the street is being renovated. The dumpster they've got in the driveway has the word STEEL spray painted on the side. Processing was done with the new Camera + app.
I like this image a lot and have to say the that you had a great eye to spot this. The white eroded frame suits very well.
Bobbie, I know that you take a lot of iPhone photos and I wonder if you can give me any advice as what size to get? The iPhone 4 will come in either 16gb or 32gb and since I've never had one, I can't really relate to what I'll need. I expect to be taking a lot of photos and probably a good number of videos. I probably wouldn't have much in the way of music stored on it. Thanks!
My iPhone 3Gs has 16 gigs. I've got pushing 40 photo apps (my husband says I have Appsbergers Syndrome), as well as numerous others for all sorts of purposes. I've got all my music on it and right now, I'm running about 150 photos. And it's a little over half full. On the other hand, I do very little video and that does eat up space. I'd say if you can afford the 32 gb, it's always better to go for more capacity. But if you need to stick to the 16 gb, just upload the photos/videos to your computer and clear them off the phone, and you'll still be able to do pretty much anything you want. I am planning to get the iPhone 4 (can't resist the better camera with the flash!) and due to financial constraints will probably have to stick the the 16 gb. I just don't know how I can convince DH that I *need* that extra 16 gb; convincing him that I *need* the new phone was enough of a challenge!
...is to fill 52 themes, one a week for the year. Some weeks, maybe I'll try to find several photos to fit the themes. Others, I may spend more time trying to perfect one that seems best to represent the theme. Three years of a photo-a-day opened my eyes, now I want to hone my skills.
Somehow, a camera allows me to see more deeply and awakens the eye. For me, undertaking these year-long challenges is a way to become more aware of the world that swirls around me.
Looks like grunge to me! Very cool shot.
ReplyDeleteWhat do you mean by "new Camera?
"
Gritty and pure grunge! Love it!
ReplyDeleteMy syntax wasn't very good, was it? It's a new iPhone app called Camera +.
ReplyDeleteI love the frame that you have used for this. Really suits the pic.
