Ron's wish...

...is my command! Actually, I didn't rush back (and it's dark now), but I had taken a few shots of the falls. The iPhone isn't a great tool for tricky subjects like waterfalls, so it isn't a great photo; but this is what the falls look like during a summer drought. The first time we were able to get past the fence was in the spring after a deluge that left the town flooded. The falls were a raging torrent.

  1. I would never say that out loud to Ron! :) Actually it still looks like there is a good amount of water - especially for a drought.

  2. My next wish is for a $US1,000,000. Let's see you fulfill that LOL. Yes I love those drizzling falls the is one up near Townsvile about 1,000 miles from here, which in the dry is a gorgeous picture but during the wet season is a Bloody Dangerous Torrent that has taken many a life. It is called the Barron Fall and youth is always willing to take on nature. In the wet season the falls win!
