Snack or treat

On weekends, when we have a lot of errands to run, it's a treat to stop at Barnes and Noble to have coffee and a snack. I bring mine, as there are no gluten free offerings, but that's OK. It's pleasant to just sit down for a bit and browse through some of their magazines.

    great vintage feel to this. I always stop at Barnes and Noble and browse when I am in the city 100 miles away.

    I wonder what the future of bookstores will be with Nooks, etc. I still want to hold a book in my hands. (thanks for the comment on my Union post. Hope to see some from your visits with your husband)

    I love coffee house photos more than perhaps any others. I guess just because I enjoy the smell and feel of being in them so much. Nice capture!

    It would be nice to slow down some and hang out in a place like this. No electronic distractions, just coffee and a book.
