For his seventh birthday, we took Aidan to a children's museum that had a dinosaur exhibit. At the gift shop, he bought a clay "dinosaur" egg. We had to chip pff the clay to reveal a baby stegosaur. Aidan's a very focused kid. Here he is, dusting off the object of his quest with the brush included in the kit.
And how well you've captured that focused attention! I always thought that if I had the opportunity to choose another profession, I would have loved to be a paleontologist. Perhaps you have a future one there!
...is to fill 52 themes, one a week for the year. Some weeks, maybe I'll try to find several photos to fit the themes. Others, I may spend more time trying to perfect one that seems best to represent the theme. Three years of a photo-a-day opened my eyes, now I want to hone my skills.
Somehow, a camera allows me to see more deeply and awakens the eye. For me, undertaking these year-long challenges is a way to become more aware of the world that swirls around me.
Fixated or focused, He is all that!
