Beginnings/Exercise

It's a new year, and all these people made all these resolutions....so the gym will be packed for the next few weeks.

  5. You are spot on in your observation. At one point I used to dread going to the gym after the holiday season. I just knew it was going to be packed. One baby later...... Now I'm the one making the resolution to exercise. lol...

  10. as over here classes and gyms are crowded for some weeks with those who have active intentions for the new year. Unfortunately lots of those fails (or good for those who gets more space exercising :-) )
