Games/Complexity

I've never really mastered the complexity of chess. I dabbled in it a bit as a kid, but I haven't played it in years. This game was set up on a table in our library. I couldn't decide which photo I liked better, so I'm posting both.
Camera: Canon EOS T3, Lensbaby Muse Processing: PSE

  3. Love the selective focus in both images.

  4. I prefer the second image, the low down perspective I think works better.

  5. Chess may be confusing to you, but photography sure isn't. These are great! My personal fave is the first one because of the knights facing opposite directions, but both are great!

  6. The top image is the one I like most...its almost like 2 kids have argued and have turned there heads on each other...and Mum has come in to sort it out

  9. I like the top photo. In the lower pic, the lens-babied portion suggests motion that wouldn't be realistic. The top photo has beautiful bokeh.

  10. I like the sweet spot in the top shot a lot, lovely light in both of these.

  12. chessboards are great to look at but I'm not so good at it. My favourite is the first one however the depth in the second is better
