Bob--our pickup--started overheating, so we had to bring him into a local repair place in Milford, Pennsylvania. They were wonderful. It cost us $142 and three hours, but Bob was fitted with a new thermostat.
It is good to know that there are others out there that name their vehicles. Riding shotgun in vintage Triumphs has made me into something of an authority on sitting beside the road waiting for a repair to be finished.
...is to fill 52 themes, one a week for the year. Some weeks, maybe I'll try to find several photos to fit the themes. Others, I may spend more time trying to perfect one that seems best to represent the theme. Three years of a photo-a-day opened my eyes, now I want to hone my skills.
Somehow, a camera allows me to see more deeply and awakens the eye. For me, undertaking these year-long challenges is a way to become more aware of the world that swirls around me.
Nothing worse than a Bob who can't keep his cool.
