There is no better way to describe Paper Goods Pond on an evening in spring. The photo was taken with the ProHDR app and brightened just a bit in PhotoForge.
I expect to see faeries and sprite dancing on the rock in the foreground. This could be a greeting card -- the kind that you write your own message inside.
Holy cow - is this a real place? Itis beautiful and you have captured it well. I see it as a little bit too dark, like Ron says but it could be my screen too. I haven't calibrated in a long while.
...is to fill 52 themes, one a week for the year. Some weeks, maybe I'll try to find several photos to fit the themes. Others, I may spend more time trying to perfect one that seems best to represent the theme. Three years of a photo-a-day opened my eyes, now I want to hone my skills.
Somehow, a camera allows me to see more deeply and awakens the eye. For me, undertaking these year-long challenges is a way to become more aware of the world that swirls around me.
The lighting in this is incredible...looks like a postcard! I'm in awe!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful layers of light from the top of the sky to the grass. Nice use of the rocks at the bottom to stop your eyes from going out of the picture.
