@Steven: I can't remember the last time I ate at McD's--certainly way before I developed celiac disease 11 years ago. But I did work there my last year of college & first two years of med school. It just ain't food, though. Some stuff I miss big time, what with not being able to eat wheat--homemade sourdough bread. Not Big Macs.
great old fashioned look of this one. I use to pass by those places nowadays. and - the glutenfree bread they serve here are no good so my son is not a big fan of thore either
Ha! Great retro look. I had a job right out of high school in the McD building for a different company in Ill. The test kitchen was next door and reeked of rancid fat... A real burger is a good thing though.
...is to fill 52 themes, one a week for the year. Some weeks, maybe I'll try to find several photos to fit the themes. Others, I may spend more time trying to perfect one that seems best to represent the theme. Three years of a photo-a-day opened my eyes, now I want to hone my skills.

Never heard of em!
ReplyDeleteNice nostalgic look to this image.
ReplyDeleteThe whole picture has a neon glow to it - emphasizes the fast food feel.
ReplyDeleteHi Bobbi,

Nice retro feel. I am happy to say I haven't been to one in about 15-20 years. I wonder if there are any college graduates working behind the counter?

ReplyDeleteI have to admit that I like a fast food burger now and then...but I'd rather have a Culver's burger instead of McD's. Like your processing here.

ReplyDelete@Christina--No GF buns here at McD's. The fries are GF, but it's just not worth it. I was never a fast food lover anyway.
