A combination of the Accented Edges and Posterize Edges filters seems to bring out the motion of the wind.

    Have you ever considered putting both the before and after shots in one post so we can use a single comment form to remark on both versions? Just a thought from someone who is making it almost a full time job commenting on blogs these days..... ;-)
