A little bit of a different Before-and-After today. Today is my daughter's junior prom. The first shot (taken at 3PM EST, my entry for the One Minute World History project) was taken at CVS, after she'd gotten her hair done, but when she was shopping for a bit more glitter for her make-up. The second is her "prom portrait," in her full regalia. Lemme tell you--it was really hard to keep the tears back: OMG--that's my BABY!

And WOW, what a beautiful "baby" girl you have! She looks stunning! They grow up way too fast!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful picture. Hope she has a good time.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful girl, Bobbie. Enjoy every minute now, because these days pass by very quickly.
ReplyDeleteReally beautiful girl, she is just glowing.
ReplyDeleteShe looks fabulous! What a super dress she chose too. I hope she had a swell time!
ReplyDeleteMy daughter is off to high school next year and I'm starting to get SCARED!
What a beautiful young woman your "baby" turned out to be!
ReplyDeleteI know the time has gone by so fast. Congratulations.
ReplyDeleteThere's that song your photos remind me of: "Oh, You Must've Been a Beautiful Baby." ("'Cause Baby, Look At You Now!")
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely young woman she is. (I know Mama's proud, right??)
Very creative way to illustrate the theme! She looks lovely in both shots, but particularly so in the prom photo.
ReplyDeleteShe's gorgeous in both photos. Great choice in a dress also. Did mom help choose it by any chance?
ReplyDeleteShe looks very happy - and gorgeous, too. I love her dress. I'd have tears in my eyes, too...
ReplyDeleteWow that's some filter you used on this one! :-)
ReplyDeleteI hope she had a good time at the prom.
