I admit that I am having too much fun with the Hipstamatic & SwankoLab apps; but Iiked the 1930s look that they gave this shot of a sidewalk stren with truck tires and a hose.

This is great. Sometimes it makes me want to see the original because I bet there is a huge difference.
ReplyDeleteLast year, I posted both the original and a version that had been altered in some way in OhotoShop Elements. They'd been taken with a digital camera. It was a lot of fun, but I have to admit that posting two photos a day every day for a full year was a lot of work!
ReplyDeleteThw original on this was really wasn't all that much different, as it had been taken with the Hipstamatic app, which adds its own effects. Most of the change was the tone (from B&W to sepia) and adding the vignette.
Great post processing!! Nice perspective on this.

ReplyDeleteYour post processing really works here. Although I haven't published any, I do like to try sepia settings out. What I see here is that the sepia works best on the simpler images. This one really benefits... Nice atmospheric photo.
