Cracking up at your tortilla comment on my blog today - especially because last night on Netflix I watched an episode of "Cheers" where Cliff found a potato he insisted looked like Richard Nixon...
If anyone wants to see what the old building is being turned into, the we site is at www.loftsatsherwoodfalls.com. They have done a spectacular job of preserving details like brick and beams; they've also taken full advantage of the windows, which let in glorious light.
Hi Bobbie, It's a wonderful idea of rejuvenating this building. Too many of the old buildings are being condemned when they could be fixed up and used. Checked out your link to the Loft Apartments. They are going to be beautiful when done. Have a great day!
...is to fill 52 themes, one a week for the year. Some weeks, maybe I'll try to find several photos to fit the themes. Others, I may spend more time trying to perfect one that seems best to represent the theme. Three years of a photo-a-day opened my eyes, now I want to hone my skills.
Somehow, a camera allows me to see more deeply and awakens the eye. For me, undertaking these year-long challenges is a way to become more aware of the world that swirls around me.
