Paper Goods Pond with the lowering sun casting long shadows on the grass. This was taken with the iPhone. I tuned it up with PhotoForge, then applied it's Dreamy filter. I used Touchup to selectively lighten and darken certain areas.
PhotoForge is my favorite photoediting app for the iPhone. It's remarkably powerful: it has curves, levels, unsharp mask, hue/saturation, exposure, brightness/contrast, among other things, as well as multiple levels of undo.
What a great image editing program for a phone, love the composition, the saturated colors and that wonderful shadow....another awesome image w/ that i phone...I am almost thinking I may need one, but don't want to spend the $$$!
ReplyDeleteI love the shadows and the saturated colors it looks like an old postcard. I'm so impressed by the apps for photos and love watching you exploring them.
ReplyDeleteA truly wonderful painting so suited to the theme, considering how the weather has been.
ReplyDeleteThis is stunning! I need to look into this app...
ReplyDeleteAmazing what you can do with that little gadget. Nice filter. It looks like you were visiting the same pond I was...only 900 miles farther east... (can't post a link...but check out my 1/14 post)
ReplyDeleteYes, that is Val's pond! Love the processing on this, Bobbie, and I am very impressed with what you can do with Photoforge.

ReplyDeleteCreates a very warm and friendly feeling. Like the angle you took and the colors really add to the composition.
