August 7: This sunflower glowed like its namesake. Using a combination of Cutout, Colored Pencil and Posterize gives it an exuberant poster-like effect.

It has been freezing cold and snow flurring all day here, so just the sight of this image warms me up and makes me smile! The filter does give it more of an illustration effect, I have to admit - I like the original better on tnis one.
