Today is the winter solstice. From now on, the dark will be retreating. What better time to feature these sunny flowers--zinnias growing in an AeroGarden to brighten up our living room? Combining Rough Pastels and Accented Edges softens them a bit, adding a painterly touch.
Like I said over at facebook...this adds some warmth to my day (especially since they are now predicting another foot of snow for us on xmas eve and xmas...have a feeling no one will be getting here for the holidays..
ReplyDeleteWhat a gift! I'll just bask in both versions for a while. This is so much more uplifting than a minute more of daylight, I don't know what an AeroGarden is but I want one!
ReplyDeleteHow beautiful! When I first started my picture taking, one of my first photos was a bee on a zinnia. It was really cool, and I still have it up on the wall.
