Tonight, I made a salmon risotto for dinner. This is the arborio rice just as it was being gently sauteed and coated with the olive oil. Arborio is a beautiful rice with a gently oval shape, a creamy color that is punctuated with an inner kernal of white. Combining Accented Deges with Cutout delineates the grains and the texture of the wooden spoon.
