Beverages

That's what's served at Starbucks at the Dreaded Mall.

  1. Every time I see a Starbucks I'm glad I don't drink coffee (never have, probably never will). I hate the mall as well, although when I go visit my mom in PA, I can't help but go to the giant mall - and then I remember why I hate it

  2. The Dreaded Mall? I think I know what you are saying! The photo sure emphasizes as to what the hub of this place is. I need a Vente drip to get me through visiting my Dreaded Mall.

  3. I love your Dreaded Mall shots, this looks like you are hiding on the balcony waiting for a moment to escape...

  4. Your processing really emphasises your dreaded mall theory.

  5. It has a cool vintagey look. Starubucks is a rare treat for me. Although I am not a coffee drinker, I do enjoy their peppermint cocoa.

  6. I'd love to see you contrast it with a warm cozy cafe shot.
The isle in the mall has such a harsh, hurried feel to it. Grab your caffeine and jump back into the race.
The colors capture the atmosphere of the coffee stand perfectly .
Now for a warm cafe shot with soothing Latin Guitar in the background...aaaahhh!

  7. I am doing a personal "No Starbucks for a Year" challenge. Doing well so far. Now, if only I could figure a way to avoid the Dreaded Mall as well....

  10. Great shot, definitely colod and sterile. Just emphasizes how everyone is trying to be a conformist while spouting individuality. Processing was spot on.

  11. Great depiction of the atmosphere of the mall. I'm not a coffee drinker either but love the smell. At least that doesn't cost a penny!
