As for the UGGS I have no choice but to use them in the snow (and thats the only time I use them as I get to warm otherwise) but I have fresh clean one in the country. Would never bring them to Stockholm
Great shot! Your post title caught my eye because my name is Misty and my friends use to tease me and call me Foggy when I was a kid. Looking forward to following you. http://throughaphotographerseyes.blogspot.com/
@gisled: I did some processing in PhotoShop Elements, but it was minimal--just enough to tighten up the contrast and levels. It ws just one of those breathtaking afternoons on the River.
...is to fill 52 themes, one a week for the year. Some weeks, maybe I'll try to find several photos to fit the themes. Others, I may spend more time trying to perfect one that seems best to represent the theme. Three years of a photo-a-day opened my eyes, now I want to hone my skills.
Somehow, a camera allows me to see more deeply and awakens the eye. For me, undertaking these year-long challenges is a way to become more aware of the world that swirls around me.
This is absolutely beautiful! You almost can't distinguish the sky from the water. It's a great winter escape, I wish I were there
ReplyDeleteThis one's really special. The disappearing horizon is a very cool effect, and great blues in the sky and water.

The eye is drawn to the horizon of this beautiful image. The colors and reflection with the mist in the background works wonderfully.

ReplyDeleteThis is a beautiful shot. Did you do any processing? If so, I'd be curious to know what, so I can learn.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!!
ReplyDeleteWhat great DOF! Love the leading lines that lead one to disappear in the scene. Plus, there's a sense of motion to the picture! Excellent!
ReplyDeleteI love this shot. So serene . . . and what beautiful colors too!
