A light fluffy snow clings to the branches of our magnolia.

  1. The words "snow" and "magnolia" don't seem to go together. Sorry your part of the country is getting blasted so fiercely. The upside is you get gorgeous photos like this one!

  2. I love this shot but I don't think I'd want to be standing underneath it for long!

  14. Hi Bobbi,
That's a beautiful shot! I love the "fluffy" snow as it usually doesn't stay around long. And I'm with Kim, I wouldn't want to be under that tree when it starts falling. Have a great day!

P.S. I was coming home from the police station because someone had turned in my social security card. There is at least one honest person left in the world.

  15. The white snow actually stands out very well against the white background. Fabulous winter image.

  16. I love the starkness of a bare tree in the winter but it is made so much more lovely by the heavy layer of snow.

  17. The stark beauty of the fluffy snow on the magnolia tree is stunning.

  18. I love seeing photos of snow... and I do like the sticky, heavy kind found on these branches... especially now that I live in the snowless Sonoran desert!

  19. Pretty snowy photo...do hope to see one of your magnolia in bloom this spring. It's a tree we don't have here as we are too cold.

  20. Love the white fluffy snow on the magnolia. Sounds like you will have a chance for more snow photos. We are at the point right now where each successive forecast is predicting more and more snow!
