Taste

We ate out with friends at a delightful place in Meriden that serve gluten free pizza--it's still such a treat for me! These tasty condiments sat in a rack on the side.

  1. I think I would die without pizza! Glad you were able to enjoy it. Nice shot, and good job with the processing

  2. I like the rustic look on this and great to have such a variation of extra for personal testa. Glutenfree pizza that you can rely on is quite rare here and when my son was a kid I made a dough on a tray and brought to the pizzeria, they filled it and baked in their oven laying on itäs own plate. He was delighted

  4. Gotta love a restaurant that gives you a choice of Tabasco sauces! I like the iPhone for restaurant pics because it is less obvious that I'm photographing my food than with the dSLR (and less embarrassing to my teens!). Nice processing!

  8. This looks like it could have been taken in a 1950's diner. Your processing technique really added to that feel.

  10. We had a rack like this on our Italian restaurant table last night too. Should have photographed it, seeing how nicely yours turned out.

(My dad was born in Meriden...more small-world links!)

  11. I love what you did around the edges of the picture. It makes me think of some of the old family photos I have that were never glued into an album and are fraying around the edges.
    Memories.
    I
would sum it all up in 2 words..Vintage Look.

  13. I like the processing. I don't like 'hot' things like that though, they burn my mouth and I can't stand it.

  14. The processing really works with this image. The framing is on the "icing" the pizza so to speak.
